Zingarelli Design’s is a Dallas based design firm offering numerous construction management services. The firm is driven by Anthony Zingarelli who has over 20 years’ experience in the construction management field. Mr Zingarelli is a graduate of New York University where he also continued his studies at NYU to attain a Professional Graduate Certificate in Construction Management.

Fundamental building design still plays a big role in overall building performance. On a typical building project, building shape/form alone can influence energy use by 10 to 15%. Combine that with the influence of glazing, which can often influence building performance in the 15-25% range. Zingarelli Designs will make sure you are aware of all the posibilities during your project.

Anthony Zingarelli has worked with top level designers and architects on unique and challenging commercial and luxury residential projects through out the United States. The majority of his experience has been in the hospitality industry in New York City, Boston and Philadelphia. Mr Zingarelli is excited to bring Zingarelli Designs vast experience to the Dallas Fort Worth Area.
